Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals, and Payments

By purchasing a subscription to our Services, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription and Billing. We offer various subscription plans for our Services. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate.

Automatic Renewal. TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE ORIGINAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM (E.G., A ONE-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTHLY BASIS) UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED AUTOMATIC RENEWALS.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled renewal date. If you cancel your subscription less than 48 hours before your renewal date, your subscription will renew for one additional period, and the cancellation will become effective at the end of that period.

Subscription Fee Changes. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any fee changes by posting the new fees on our website or by sending you an email notification. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the fee change.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials included in our Services, such as videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, are the property of Holland Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, educational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any part of our Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund and may subject you to legal action, for which you agree to be responsible for all associated legal fees and costs.

User-Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to post content, such as comments, questions, and other materials ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User-Generated Content in any media for promotional and marketing purposes.

You agree not to post any User-Generated Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to share any personal information of other members outside of the community. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your initial purchase of our Services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].

After the 30-day guarantee period has expired, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, without exception. This policy applies regardless of your usage of the Services, your satisfaction, or any other reason. Our SMS program, the Solo Stylist Society, sends messages with information about our services, as well as promotional content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, including any increase in income, bookings, or business success. Your results will vary based on your individual effort, skills, and circumstances.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall Holland Hair Co. or Holland Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gaston County, North Carolina.

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holland Hair Co., Holland Solutions LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

General Provisions
